Ever struggle with finding a combination of fruits that you like but always have trouble eating? Or simply just avoid because you feel like they won’t taste right. That’s alright if that happens to you or doesn’t. Here you are going to come across how to not only enjoy the fruits you like, but also keep the momentum of having fun while eating them!
- Get creative: making a fruit bowl is no where near like solving a calculus problem. All it is is really getting familiar with the types of fruits you like, the texture you prefer, and how accessible it is for you. Say you like banana, strawberries, cherries, and tangerines. They all have a wide variety of color, texture, and sweetness. Bananas are on the softer side while tangerines are sour and more juicy based on the water content. This could be helpful in the case of making your plate appetizing, colorful, and delicious.
- Get familiar with what you like and don’t like: Sour or Sweet? You choose. Maybe it depends on the season or type of day. Perhaps even on the weather. Whatever the case maybe, just know that you are in control of what you want. Don’t know? Then I encourage you to try something NEW!
- Don’t stress: Stress can cause tension within your body and when that tension arises, it blocks the ability of knowing what you want and what your body needs. Keep it simple, keep it calm. There is no right or wrong and at the end of the day…you are nourishing your body.
Trying your best is already making a step forward. The goal is make progress not to achieve perfection.
